Horseshoe Cabins [View Panoramic Virtual Tour | Interior) | Exterior]
These six cabins contain 12 bunks -14 beds, 2 in a more private room. Each cabin has an interior washroom with toilets and cubicle showers.

SC Cabins
These 2 cabins contain four rooms with four beds in each. Two interior washrooms each contain a toilet and shower.

Tumbleweed [View Panoramic Virtual Tour] This building contains 8 rooms with four beds per room. Three interior bathrooms contain toilets and cubicle showers. Several small and more private cabins are available upon request.

 


Facilities

Dining Hall [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]

Built in 2001, our Dining Hall can accommodate up to 180 diners. Our large, modern commercial kitchen stands ready to accommodate groups of all sizes. The seating area can easily be cleared for additional programming space.

Upper Big Sky [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]
This large meeting space is versatile and can be set up as a conference area, open space or meeting room. LCD projector, large screen, white boards, flip charts and wireless internet are all available here for your group needs.

Lower Big Sky
Our on-site fitness area is located here. A ten machine circuit series, elliptical machines, treadmills and stationary bikes stand ready for our client groups. Washrooms and showers are available in this building.

Sandy Hook
This large building contains our game area. Ping Pong, fooseball and air hockey are available here. This space is also a great meeting spot or break-out area for groups.

Pool and Waterslides [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]
Our outdoor pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. Lifeguards are on duty during all pool opening times, keeping a watchful eye on the deep and shallow ends, as well as the waterslides and the separated landing area.

High Ropes Course [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]
Our 10 element high ropes course is open year-round. Along with clatter bridges and giant steps, the ropes course features a vertical playground and popular zip line! Trained staff belay and supervise participants in this area.

Climbing Wall [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]
Our 40 foot climbing wall is open year round. Trained staff belay and supervise participants in this area.

Mini-Golf
Our 9 hole mini-golf course is a fun challenge for all participants.

 


Other Services and Amenities

Washrooms & Showers [View Panoramic Virtual Tour]
Washrooms are available in all buildings at Camp Y for use by chaperones, participants and staff alike.

Showers are available in our cabins and lodge where you will be staying.

Telephones
Cell phone service can be weak at Camp Y dependent upon your provider. If you need to make outgoing calls or need someone to get in touch with you, a phone is available in the office. It is equipped with a voice mailbox and is accessible 24-hours a day. Instructions for dialling out and checking messages are posted.

Fax
A fax machine is located in the main office. If you need to send or receive a fax while here please inform your group coordinator and he/she will make the necessary arrangements.

Internet
Camp Y provides wireless internet access in the Big Sky area for chaperones only.

Parking
Luggage and personnel may be dropped off right outside the dining hall, but all vehicles must park in the parking lot at the entrance to Camp Y.

Lost & Found
Items found at Camp Y will be placed in the dining hall and shown at meals. At the end of your stay any unclaimed items will be held for one week and then donated to a local charity. If an item has been left behind please call the Camp Y office and leave a description and contact information. We will do our best to find it and make arrangements to have it returned.
